Delivery & Shipping

Delivery

Packages are generally sent within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.  Please expect 1-3 weeks for domestic delivery and 3-4 weeks for international delivery; some books ship from vendors and their products' delivery times are out of our control.

Carriers

We ship using a variety of carriers.  We select the carrier, but if you prefer a particular carrier, type a note in your order.  Else, contact Customer Service using the "contact" link in the top bar of the IGS Store in order to request a particular shipping carrier.  While we cannot guarantee we will be able to honor your carrier request, we will try to accommodate you.

Packing

In an effort to diminish impact on the environment, we pack shipments from our office using newspaper.

Shipping Rates

All physical orders are subject to shipping costs.  In the event the IGS Store software does not assign a shipping cost because of an unfamiliar country, shipping will be billed at a later date.

All shipping rates are current as of April 1, 2012, and are subject to change.

All shipping rates are in USD (United States Dollars).

Domestic (United States)

Standard domestic shipping is by weight.

United States

$5 = 0.01 - 4 lbs

$7 = 4.01 - 5 lbs

$9 = 5.01 - 6 lbs

$11 = 6.01 - 7 lbs

$13 = 7.01 lbs and up

International

International shipping is by weight and varies by country.

For customers in countries to which we regularly ship, we have customized rates.  For countries not specially listed, we offer standardized rates.  We reserve the right to customize rates to a particular country at a future date.

Canada

$9 = 0.01 - 4 lbs

$15 = 4.01 - 5 lbs

$20 = 5.01 - 6 lbs

$30 = 6.01 - 7 lbs

$35 = 7.01 lbs and up

$20 = 0.01 - 4 lbs
