Paid-up IGS Members in good standing are eligible to purchase many items in the IGS Store at a discount. Only paid-up IGS Members--or individuals becoming IGS Members in the same purchase as an order--may use the discounted pricing options where they are available.
Orders placed using the IGS Member Discount are subject to verification upon payment. The IGS Orders Dept. will contact you if there is an issue with your current membership when placing an order.

We stand by our products. If you find you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact IGS Customer Service and reference your Order Number in your email. We will be in touch with you usually within 1-2 business days. (Unfortunately, because of their instantaneous nature of shipment, IGS Downloads & Emailed Files are non-refundable.)
